How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat Paleo about 80% of the time and I really don't have any desire to ever up that percentage.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout at CrossFit 4-5 days per week (typically 5). In addition to CrossFit, I regularly run outside in the warmer months and get at least one hike per week in.

I played youth or high school level sports
I was a gymnast for 8 years.
