How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Try and eat healthy, but definitely eat a lot of cheat meals. Doesn't really matter though as long as Im working my butt off, I can eat whatever.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
SQUATS AND DEADLIFT!!!!

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Been injured a few times so that has put some major holes in my training over the last 3 years but I have been actually doing crossfit for about 2 years.
