How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Food has been my biggest challenge throughout my 3 years at Crossfit. I started at 255 pounds and have been down as low as 195. My goal is 180. Just when I am doing great on WODs and weight, I seem to find a way to destroy what I've done.
