How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

The first 8weeks in the new year I've been eating 100% paleo. First time I ever dieted in life. After this Paleo challange is over I will be doing about 80% paleo to make sure what I've lost/gained remains and improves.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
