The only benchmark I've completed RX'ed is Fight Gone Bad...my limiting factor is still weakness.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Boyfriend talked me into it.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
My goal is 4x per week plus something else (dance, gymnastics)
