Two days on CrossFit followed by a running day, then repeat for 15 weeks. After 15 weeks, one week off.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Really honed by competitive and athletic skills during my time in the high school band. After years of taunting and relentless bullying, fear drove me to the gym and to the needle. From the dust of my destroyed enemies, this athletic phoenix arose.
