How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat twice the amount of food of your average Joe but try to eat clean. No bread, rice, or pasta.... can't give up chocolate though.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I write my own programming
Try to incorporate strength workouts as much as possible even though I love to do more traditional Metcons. Also not afraid to go globo it up and hit "Bench and Bi's!!!"

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
If Froning doesn't need to rest well then neither do I!!!!!
