I'm a has been Track and Field athlete (heptathlon) trying to recapture my youth via CrossFit
How I Eat
I use a knife, fork, spoon, whatever the situation calls for......then I insert the food into my mouth, chew, and then swallow......taking care to chew carefully, so as not to choke.....If it's pizza or a sandwich, I use my hands.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I've only been Wod'ng 3 times a week. I'd WOD all over the place if I could. I wish I could WOD more, but it's tough these days with a 7 month old. WOD
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
Chico State!!! Holllllaa!!!
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I love CrossFit, but, somedays, I think it would be more humane to repeatedly punch myself in the face, over and over and over again.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Took about a year off while pregnant (ya, ya, I know, I should've kept working out anyway....but I didn't want to have the baby on the gym floor) just getting back into it, and ready to have a fun open with all my gym homies!! Go RCF!
