How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Sometimes I wear my hat, sometimes I wear my sunglasses. Sometimes I wear both. "Glassman"

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming

I train with some of the best athletes in the world and we follow OPT.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Football, Basketball, Wrestling, Baseball in high school. Juco Football/Baseball. I love to run, jump, hike, swim, dive and live outside.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
My life consists of changing peoples lives through health, wellness and fitness. The CrossFit method has allowed me to share my knowledge with thousands of moms, dads, kids, grandparents and military athletes all over the world. It has also allowed my wife and I to collaborate and build one of the worlds most successful CrossFit gyms CrossFit Scottsdale while spending quality time together and raising two amazing happy, healthy children.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I train 2-3x on with a two a day. then rest 1-2x days off. Just depends on how I feel. This year I will take a lot more rest then 2011.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
March 2008 CrossFt One World cert with Andy Stumph, Nicole, Austin and Freddy. October 2008 Scottsdale's first affiliate. Started competing 2010.
