I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I'd like to get my Level 1 cert but I need a sponsor for that. What I mean is, someone pay for me to get it, thank you.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
do 5 or 6 WODs a week and then I walk all over Honolulu and go hiking or swim in the ocean any chance I get.
