i have been eating Paleo since October..... love it nd i have never felt so good....

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I work out @ Crossfit Bridgewater and i go by all their recomendations....... LOVE it ")

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I have always been active and have always been a runner just for fun..... thought i was in good shape til i did CROSSFIT..... hahaha jokes on me...
My Experience With CrossFit
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
it an addiction......... well all have something........ i just admire the crossfit communities and what it stands for,,,,,,,, DEDICATION.....it NEVER gets easier and it will always challenge you....... LOVE IT>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
My Work/Rest Schedule
I strictly schedule my rest days
WMonday,Tues,Wed., ..Thursday =REST Friday.Sat.= REST (only cause i have to work) Sunday ..usually a fun team workout......
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
i wish i found this years ago .... but my 21 year old daughter does it with me now and what a bond that is for us and i hope she stays with it and competes someday
