How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I use the 80/20 principle with food. I eat mostly good and healthy, but I am also sure to enjoy not so healthy options as desired.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I train at Fit Farm. The coaching, facility and community at Fit Farm are fantastic.

I regularly play recreational sports
I have a background in Martial Arts and Snowboarding.
