This will be my second time participating in the OPEN, Unfortunately I will not be at my peak, I had my left hip replaced on 12/17/14, which has slowed me down a bit. I just started working back out in late january and with the 15 pounds I put on while recuperating, its been a slow go. I am recovering faster than the first hip (right) I had replaced seven years ago, but I believe it because a combination of being there once before and the fact I was cross fitting and in better shape. None the less, I will participate, have some fun and give it my best. I wish all the very best and I'll be ready to go full speed next year.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Still need to improve my eating habits.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I am back to working out at my Cross Fit affiliate at least 5 days a week.
