Once on a trek in the Himalayas I became lost in a snowstorm. I managed to survive by suckling an albino tibetan yak that somehow gave me mystical powers. I was eventually saved by a lost order of monks who nursed me back to health on a paleo diet and strict daily WODS from which my life was changed forever....

How I Train
I do a lot of visualisation training. I sit on my couch and imagine doing all kinds of crazy crossfit stuff - box jumps, air squats, star jumps. That usually wears me out enough that I need a power nap afterwards.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background...whatsoever. I do however watch the biggest loser and aerobics oz style.
My Experience With CrossFit
I've seen that youtube clip a few times...you know the one with the exercise bikes and lat pull down machine. I get my crossfit fix twice a week with my Reebok pump classes. I have two pairs of reebok nanos.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically like to work out 5 or 6 days per month. I find I respond better to a rest/work type schedule.
