I played sports growing up, from little league to high school. I never really worked out consistently, just loved doing anything competitive. Started CrossFit in March of 2013, fell in love with it because it was very effective and made working out fun/competitive, so my husband and I joined CrossFit Brigade in April on 2013. Got my Level 1 in April of 2014. My husband and I are currently expecting our first child, due in August.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I have done all the above but don't generally do anything but try to eat meat, vegetables, fruit, and very little bread/sugar.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
