How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat Primal, little milk/cream in my coffee , but Paleo other than that. I measure what I eat but don't keep it in Zone portions.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
We own an affilate and I follow our Competition athlete programming as well as do CrossFit Endurance 2-3 times a week, as well as play indoor soccer and stay active outside!

I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I grew up playing soccer and still play. After college I starting competing in running races and triathalons.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I usually do 3 on 1 off, but it depends on the WODs and how my body is feeling.
