How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I follow Mark Sisson's guidelines, limiting dairy. I keep carbs low, fat high, and avoid grains. I have lost more than 75 pounds doing this even as I have increased my strength and improved performance considerably. Other influences have been Gary Taubes, Robb Wolf and the Jaminets.
