Been doing crossfit off and on for 17 months.

How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I try to cook everything from scratch, nothing with 'too many' ingredients. Am fighting, and will likely fight my whole life, a serious sugar addiction. No convenience or 'fast' food.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Work/Rest Schedule

I usually only do 1 workout a day

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

Depends on my schedule. Keeping the rest days frequent while my joints and body continue to adjust to hard taxing workouts, and while I continue to lose weight. Looking forward to 3 days on, 1 day off, type of schedule with potentially multiple workouts in a day (I'm thinking a run, in addition to a more traditional WOD, or a WOD with an evening of basketball, etc..)
