How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
But that really needs to change. At 53, the system requires you put much better stuff into it, and actually consider how much goes in.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I need a coach to push me. It just works for me when I am working out with my CrossFit family - and my literal family, 3 of my boys do CrossFit as well and one is Level 1 certified.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I was a competitive swimmer in high school, college and as a master competitior until I started CrossFit at age 51. No matter what, I always seemed to be the "slow guy in the fast lane".
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I work out at my affiliate 5 days a week with rest days on Wednesday and Sunday.
