ATHLETE INFORMATION

How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I listen to my body. If you treat your body right, it will tell you what it needs... Rest, carbs, water. I try to eat mostly paleo. I eat complex carbs (sweet potato) on days I workout. Dairy free, gluten free. I really stay away from sugars, even for cheat meals. The only exception is I always have mentos in my pocket. Progenix Recovery post workout, with some BCAAs and Omega 3's to help with recovery.
