I eat strict Paleo
Cheats happen, but not on the reg. Unless you count red wine. That happens. Pretty much every day, LMAO.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
CF Takeover - for the win!
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
ballet, tap, jazz dance, softball, soccer, gymnastics, martial arts.... not in that order.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Started at CF Chesapeake, now at CF Takeover.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Aim for 4+ WoD a week, plus yoga. Aim for being the operative term here.... (sorry, coach)!
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
4 years in July... regular breaks for surgeries and similar, but they can't keep me down! ;)
