How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
Well, almost strict if you don't count red wine and lattes.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I usually get in 4 workouts/week at my affiliate. I stay after the WOD to get in some weight work. I also get 2-3 hours of Oly lifting practice every week.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
For 30 years I ran alot. Then I found Cross Fit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Once I started CrossFit I got faster, but CrossFit was too much fun. I run a lot less, but I'm still as fast. I now have an upper body and better, I have a community of people I love to be with.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I go to my box 5 days during the week. I go to Oly lifting training one day.
