High School Football player, weight room jockey, tough mudder, now CrossFitter. Fitness and exercise has and will always be a big part of my life. CrossFit has helped me lose almost 40lbs since beginning in the winter of 2013. Many people hate CrossFit, but I love it.
How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Eating healthy in college is mission impossible, but I do what I can.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I typically workout at a CrossFit affiliate, I sometimes supplement my training with pool workouts.

I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I have played 8 years of Football experience. I also played basketball, hockey, baseball, and soccer throughout my lifetime.
