How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I stay away from most dairy and bread. I don't cut it out completely but will be making some changes. I eat all the veggies I can possibly get my hands on.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I train at least 5 times a week. I would like to incorporate more cardio, specially running, the next days and continue doing so.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I just exercised at school when I was younger. Not a wide athletic background.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Crossfit definitely changed my life to the better! I will never quit.
