I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I also attend the local Average Joe's gym, daily.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Ran track, and cross country in high school. I later stopped all that nonsense, to focus on beach muscles.
My Experience With CrossFit
I started my cross fit experience with a non affiliate, In 2011. Made a switched over to Be cross fit. Going on my second year with them.
