My two boys own and manage Streamline Crossfit in Cedar Park, Tx (neighbor to Austin). I started Crossfit in 2013 and really enjoy the workouts and the community of our box. Great place to grow as an individual. At 61 years old recovery and understanding when to push and when to rest is critical for the long haul.
