I am a Chiropractor, Functional Neurologist, and Functional Medicine Doctor. I've been a Crossfit enthusiast for 7 years. I am also a Paleo freak and member of the Paleo Physician's Network.

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
7 year Crossfitter. Started out by myself just doing mainsite at my local gym. Now I train at CrossfitLKN, teach Paleo classes, and mobility classes.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I rest when it is time.
