I am a Chiropractor and Crossfit enthusiast for 5 years. I am also a Paleo freak and member of the Paleo Physician's Network.

I eat Paleo Diet for Athletes with a cheat mixed in once in a while.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My programming is written by the owner of CrossfitLKN, Kyle Ruth, and the head trainer, Preston Austin. I couldn't be happier with it. It is challenging every day but I have come light years since last year.

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
5 year Crossfitter. Started out by myself just doing mainsite at my local gym. Now I train at CrossfitLKN, teach Paleo classes, and mobility classes.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I rest Thursday and Sunday. Thursday is an active recovery day. Sunday I spend time on mobility only.
