I love lots of things so it's easier to say what I don't like. - rowing - wall balls - the color white - fruit flies in the summer - city parking
How I Eat
I prefer my wine like my meat, red. I eat bacon AMTAP (as many times as possible). I heart star fruit. I wish it were easier to eat greens.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My favorite movement is star jumps.

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
In high school I took band to get out of PE. Now look at me!

I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

I train other people
I was supposed to move to San Diego after college to be a beach bum but then I met the Onyons (owner's of CFIB) and my life was forever changed.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I work out when I'm not snowboarding or crashing into trees with my Yammer-ha.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
In a box? 3 + years. Prior to that I was rocking met con's at good 'ole 24 hour fitness for a year.
