Bio
Started CrossFit October 2011 with the series Killing the Fat Man doc and have never looked back. I love it. I love the community. I love the company. I love it all and this year I test my fitness for the 2nd time. last year doesn't count as I didn't realize I had to do the wod by sunday night for it to count. I was DNF'd ....7This year I pay attention. :)

How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Eating is my biggest struggle... Portion control. It seems the cleaner I go...the better I do obviously but...the point is, one cheat meal leads to 10 cheat meals...however if I go clean...I am able to stay clean for a longer period of time. I am still trying to grasp my brain around why this is. One cookie just doesn't work for me. Gotta be no cookies bitches..or I fall apart.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
