How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat mostly Paleo. I find that Paleo foods provide me with a more sustained level of energy throughout the day than processed foods.

My Athletic Background
I have a limited athletic background. I did not play any sports while in school. In my early thirties, I participated in amateur powerlifting for a few years with a team from 4-Star Gym in El Segundo, CA. Also, participated in recreational volleyball through the city of Hermosa Beach, CA for several years.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Currently training 5 mornings a week at Crossfit South Bay in Hermosa Beach, CA.

Started CrossFit in July 2013.
