How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat pretty healthy but not measured amounts at all.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Then do a lot of body weight workouts and running on my own.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Completely and only played organized sports until I found crossfit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
A friend/coach introduced it to me.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Of and on due to military. I have never got a opportunity to do it for a straight year.
