Jumped into crossfit a few years ago. Used crossfit to improve my overall fitness for a new position I was looking to apply for. Ended up forgoing said plan, but stayed hooked on crossfit afterwards. Had a year and a half break, recently as of a year ago I started back up in crossfit. Have been seeing huge gains in mobility and strength where I havent been efficient before. And I havent had much lifting experience crossfit, but the little I had was near none compared to this.
