How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
70/30 Paleo. I try to avoid gluten where I can and opt for gluten-free options on cheat meals at restaurants when I can as well.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Played baseball in high school at Mount Carmel and still play competitively in the B.M.R.B.L.
