I am Pescatarian and mostly dairy-free.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have been a member of Brickyard for only one month now. I am doing the opens as an extra form of motivation and to have some fun!
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I played youth or high school level sports
I'm a theater kid and I danced for 13 years. I played soccer as a kid until about age 15.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Brickyard is my first CrossFit experience and I am already loving it!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
