How I Eat
I pretend to eat paleo but I love bagels, lattes and chips.... Maybe I eat 66% paleo.... which doesn't count in my opinion.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have fallen off the wagon recently...... it's sad really. I crossfit mostly but also do hot yoga and running. I signed up to see if that would motivate me back into working out!
