How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat organic foods, mostly Paleo. My husband I eat out once a week for dinner, usually picking out the most healthiest.I drink about 80oz. of water daily, mostly drinking one cup of coffee, and green tea daily. I eat three meals and 2- 3 snacks a day.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I am a member at Crossfit Maven for the last ten months attending 5 dayas a week. Before this I was doing Boot Camp twice a week and then on my own three times a week.I have noticed the a great increase of weights, stamina, energy level in the past ten months being at Crossfit Maven.
