I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Starting new sports as an adult keeps you young. My daughter and I just started archery together! Go Brave- be a princess with a bow and arrow- pink, of course!

5 per week minimum is the goal. Variable and challenging due to shift work and kids.
