I learned about CrossFit after watching the movie 300. I had to find out how the actors got so ripped. Googled it and found out about CrossFit in 2007. Started doing it on my own using the Main Site WODs at a Globo Gym. They were not impressed. Then found Spokane CrossFit and began training there. Moved around a bit since then. CrossFit CDA, CrossFit Biloxi Beach, CrossFit Uncaged, and now at Big Sky CrossFit. Made lots of friends and enjoy the anxious feeling when hearing 3...2...1..GO!!! The Kool-Aid has been drunk a few times.
