I was a personal trainer at a high end Gobo Gym and started doing some of the Main Site wods. Ended up addicted to the CrossFit Journal. Went to my first Level 1 Cert. in Yosemite Vally. Where it rained for 24 hrs and 9 inches of water, by the way. Since that weekend I knew I needed to get into this as my sport, competitive outlet and into my life.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I feel my Body and push when I know I can.
