I've become a CrossFit junkie for just under 2 years now, as I have been in the fitness profession for 5 years now. After participating in the CrossFit Regional Games last year, I knew I found my "soulmate" workout and haven't stopped since. I'm a Level 1 CrossFit Coach and love helping others find success in their lifts, skills or just completing a WOD.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
My nutrition is focused on eating clean, whole foods without a focus on restricting any one food group.
