Mostly Paleo- I try. I lost 22lbs in 3 months and have maintained it.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I was a competitive runner as a kid. As an adult, snowboarding and golf is what I do whenever I can.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I started June 5, 2011. My twins turned 4 years old and I woke up that day thinking I still needed to lose 20 lbs. I signed up after doing share the pain that week. I've never been stronger.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I have a full time job and 2 kids. I go to cross fit 4 times a week at noon.
