How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
In the beginning of a 45 Day Clean Eating challenge at my box. Starting week 4! Getting points for water, sleep, WOD, three clean meals and one clean snack. It is a performance challenge.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Also at home, outside and at a traditional gym.
My Athletic Background
Was always active with running. Weight training was on and off. Joined CrossFit last year.

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
