How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I was very strict for a while but I notice my CHO and Kcals were low. So I have started eating oatmeal again. Other than that plenty of meats and veggies and experimenting in the kitchen. Oh, and coffee. LOVE THAT COFFEE!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I started out self taught in Afghanistan. I returned to Okinawa, Japan highly motivated and eager to learn more. I obtained my level 1 from a Box on island. After returning stateside I became a member of Crossfit Rubicon in Jan of this year and through some great coaching and education my skill and Met Con work capacity improved greatly. Not even been 2 months yet. Thanks Chef!
