I eat whatever is convenient
I try to make smart decisions, but I love donuts and ice cream too much to eat well all the time.

Collegiate swimming. High school swimming, track & field, cheerleading. Youth swimming, cheerleading, gymnastics.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

Manager and full-time coach at CrossFit Falls Church.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Five days on (no more than two hours per day), two days off. Weekends are active recovery, which consists of hiking and biking with my dog.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Took an "Elements" course in November 2009. Started coaching in May 2010. Started coaching full-time in January 2013.
