It's been a good year, and looking at my numbers I've gotten stronger. Getting more focus on technique, gaining my level 1 cert., and assisting with coaching at my box as contributed to my improvement. I'm definitely looking forward at getting stronger as I get older. Can't wait to see what next year brings!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I know that my diet will be one of the things I will need to dial in to continue to see improvements.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts

I've been enjoying lifting more often these days.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Other than triathlons and runs, I've been playing rugby on and off for the past 15 years. Rugby has how ever come to a stop at this time.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
Was introduced to it by an old rugby buddy. He was in his 50's and WAY fitter than I was. It has been such a positive in my life that I'm doing more to give back to this community.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I do have to say my workout schedule has increased this year, with heavy focus on endurance.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
2011 was my first time in the Open. I look forward to this event every years since then.
