How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat lean, clean, and green with a few cheats in there occasionally.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I try to workout 3 x per week at Fit Farm then add in a few days a week of other workouts like running/yoga.
