I used to be a very over weight individual. In 2007 i weighted in at 425lbs. That is when my weight loss journey began. After losing over 150lbs in 6years a friend introduced me to crossfit in 2013 to help me with toning and muscle. Crossfit was the best thing that ever happened to me. I look better and feel better about myself and my fitness. I truly love crossfit and its many challenges.
