How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Just finished Whole30 eating mostly Paleo with a few non-paleo items here and there.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I get to the gym as much as possible; at least 3 times per week due to a busy schedule
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
My background is dancing and i've always been afraid to particpate in sports, but I absolutely love CrossFit
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
CrossFit has not only changed my physical appearance, but has changed my life. Sounds corny but it's totally true
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Just hit the 2 year mark this month of doing CrossFit.
