Bio

I have been active my whole life. Spent a good deal of my younger years outdoors. Wrestled, played football, ran track in high school and college. Walked the Pacific Crest Trail in 1999 from Mexico to Canada. Like alpine mountaineering and steep, scary skiing. Rock climbing. Learning to surf. I do internet health companies that are bleeding edge and creative. Get up everyday with the intention of being a good husband as well as earning the respect and love of my wife and family. Three great kids: Douglas, Catie, and Zac.
