How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I don't diet as hard as I need to but that's changing slowly but surely.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I played youth or high school level sports
I wrestled in 8th grade and that's it leading up to starting CrossFit so I don't count that for much because I wasn't heavily involved in athletics my whole life until recently.
